7. I am using a cortisone based cream for my psoriasis & now I want to use Botanico’s psoriasis cream. Should I do anything special when I switch?
Suddenly switching from a cortisone based product to a non-cortisone based product needs to be done carefully. For the first 1-2 weeks, use the Botanico cream for one day and then the cortisone cream the next day (continue until the end of week 2). For the next 3-4 weeks, gradually reduce the cortisone cream even more by using Botanico’s cream for 2 days, then the cortisone cream for 1 day (continue until around then end of week 4). Generally, after week 4, you can use the Botanico cream 100% of the time. This process will help give your body time to adjust to using a non-cortisone based cream.
8. I used your cream once & haven’t noticed any instant results. Why?
Most people say their skin immediately looks fresher after using Botanico moisturisers. However, for some people, noticeable results from natural skin care products can take longer than ones full of chemicals. But, natural skincare products are equally, if not more, effective & won’t potentially damage other aspects of your health, or the environment.
